Hi Everyone,
My account deactivated on Nov 11,2021 due to related account under section 3 of Amazon Policy but i have just one account except this which has been deactivated by Amazon
Amazon provided us information about other account because of which our account was deactivated and when we did research we found that we both were using same prep centre to prepare our goods like bundling and labelling etc
We have submitted more than 10 appeals but amazon is not responding after 3rd appeal
What we should do now?
Can anyone guide us how to deal with this issue

Can you get a letter from the prep centre confirming your contract and that the 2 accounts aren’t related
