Account Deactivation - 14 days passed

Hi All,

I’m currently 14 days into my account deactivation and having little luck in getting responses from Amazon. Each email with information they’ve requested from me, can take up to 6 days to get a response. The responses I have received haven’t been very helpful or direct. I’ve raised multiple cases with Amazon but they’re often marked as answered on the system, with no response where you would expect one in the portal. When there is an answer, it is usually along the lines of ‘raised with re relevant department’, ‘top priority’, ‘24-48hrs’ etc. This time the 24-48hours has passed 72!

If any more info on the deactivation would be helpful, I can go into more detail but I fear it could easily turn into a rant.

For now I’m just looking for any advice on the best way to contact Amazon…

Heres the ways I’ve already tried to little or no avail:
-Responded to the accusation through the website with all evidence
-Emailed the seller-performance address as advised
-Opened an urgent case (approx. 20 total)
-Call back (not working - tried most days since deactivation)
-Responding to the emails they sent me (as advised)

Any help would be hugely appreciated!!

Sincerely,
A. Very-Sore-Headed-Seller

I got same problem. After they asked me for some documents, I am still waiting for any answer for them, 3 days passed since the last email from them.

Why they blocked your account? What documents they asked you? This is so frustrating. They deactivated my account because I selected by mistake sole propietor, and suposse to be privatly owned business. Just for that. And they have asked me now for lot of documents.
