Hi,
our account has been suspended since 06/10/2018 but Amazon not releasing our payment.Please help me for this situation.

You will need to post the original suspension performance notification , along with any subsequent communications to gain any definitive advice, without this no-one can help. Just remember to redact any personal or business information from the post.

I am sorry to hear that your account has been suspended, unfortunately, in cases when the suspension reason has something to do with authenticity issues, Amazon may withold all funds and even destroy any FBA inventory if you fail to provide them valid invoices.

This is all mentioned in their Anti-counterfeiting Policy, which you agreed at the time of registration.
