Account verification
Hi,
I’ve been trying to activate my Amazon account as they require me to submit documents & bank details I had done this however now my accounts been deactivated and I got an email that I neee to do a video call appointment for verification however the link does not work seems to redirect to day url not found, I spoke to support via email as cannot open a case due to account deactivated and I get the same email sent back.Went as far as reaching out to support on twitter however was told to edit the URL such as changing the “US” to UK & .com to .co.uk, however I’ve no success at all. I was hoping someone knew the verification/activation process or knows a method on resolving this.

Would you guys say it’s best if I resend a email to amazons seller verification email & request my account to be changed to sole proprietor & I start the registration with HMRC straight away?
