Add to basket doesn't work
I wondered why my book suddenly stopped selling (good sales previously) and eventually discovered the ‘Add to Basket’ button isn’t working. I have tried telling Seller Central support about it but they won’t accept it and say everything is fine. But when I try to buy my own book, I can’t!
I am so frustrated. It must be a technical problem.
Any advice?

Thanks for your post.
As mentioned in the thread it is not possible for a seller to purchase their own products from their own seller account. Your buyer and seller account are linked and the system will prevent this action.
You would have been able to purchase the audiobook and Kindle as these accounts will not be linked to your seller account.
I can confirm that your account is active and your product is available for sale on the site. I cannot see any technical issue with your account or the listing.

You cannot add your own products to basket unfortunately. Its to stop you buying your own things and giving feedback etc I guess. Your best bet is to ask a friend or family member to check if they are able to do it if you still want to rule out that the listing isn’t broken.

Maybe because your logged in as a seller amazon don’t want you buying your own products?
