Amazon FBA DVDs 2.99 charge for postage, (Again)

I remember this happening a while ago, but some of my FBA items are charging an extra 2.99 to prime customers.
Also, while it says fulfilled by Amazon the Prime Logo has vanished, has happened on about 30 listings, that I have noticed.
Any one else had this happen recently?

Do you have an ASIN Example? We’re FBA and this is not something we’ve come across before.

Are you sure the customers have Prime?

Hi. Not sure if this is the same thing you’re referring to, but some of my FBA sales (books) have a £2.99 postage charge attached to them. This happens when the customer does not have a prime account and the cost of the goods ordered does not qualify them for free delivery (applies to orders below £10).
Are you sure the customers who are being charged £2.99 have a prime account- have they contacted you to complain about the extra charge?

Also just logged into another Prime account it charges 2.99 to Prime customers from me, but obviously free from the other seller.

There could be an issue with either:

Incorrect Weight or Incorrectly Dimensions…

This happened to me a number of times , sometimes simply updating the listing with the correct info fixes it , or you have to contact seller support to resolve.

Funny though it mainly happens to SNL FBA items

Yes it’s just happened to me today, but not with DVDs. Replenishing FBA stock and now it’s not ‘Prime Eligible’ and has a P&P charge of £4.49 added to it. I checked using an account that has Prime.

:pensive: More time needing to be wasted chasing this up now.
