Item Returned in a Disgusting State

Hi,

I've had a return today, and it's in an appalling condition. I felt sick just taking it out of the envelope (which was also covered in grease stains)

It has greasy marks and fingerprints all over it, something is caked on the front, and something sticky has been spilt on it.

Can someone please advise if you've been through similar?

This needs urgent attention from Amazon leadership.

We are facing a serious issue that is damaging our business. A recall notice issued in France for a product batch not even related to our UK stock has triggered Amazon to start issuing automatic refunds and sending emails to customers, without verifying anything or giving us the chance to provide documentation.

Our stock is not affected.

We are currently waiting for official paperwork from the manufacturer (Scala) confirming our batch is not part of the recall. Despite this, Amazon has already refunded customers from our account, without due process or legal basis.

This is a direct violation of:

General Product Safety Regulations 2005 (UK) – Regulation 9, 15, 16

Our rights as sellers to be notified and given a chance to respond before refunds are processed

Basic commercial fairness and seller protection principles

Amazon should not apply a France-only recall to the UK and EU-wide sellers without confirmation. There is no UK recall notice, no product issue confirmed in our batch, and no risk assessment shared with us.

We are asking Amazon to:

Immediately stop refunding our customers

Hold all recall actions until proper documentation is reviewed

Compensate any seller who has already suffered losses due to this mistake

Other sellers, please check if this is happening to you. This type of unverified action from Amazon sets a very dangerous precedent for all sellers.

Amazon, this is not just a technical issue. It is a serious business and legal violation. You cannot punish sellers based on assumptions or regional notices from unrelated markets.

We demand a fix NOW

Selling privileges on hold

Verify Selling Account - Your selling privleges are on hold. Please provide additional information. After i click submit the next page says the information is being reviewed and the page will refresh in 30 seconds. After a minute or so it refreshes and prompts me to "review and update my selling on amazon account information". Back on the dashboard there is nothing to say my uploaded information is under review and there is no sign of any change after pressing submit except . Thank you in advance

Somehow I've signed up to sell in the international market but I really just wanted the USA. I started this quite a while back and gave up because I can't figure out how to get this to work. So I have no idea how I ended up on the international market. I'm obviously searching the wrong key words on the internet because it's been no help to me.

Is the "Restock Inventory" page broken?

For the last 3-4 weeks, the recommended FBA restock quantities in my Restock Inventory page appear stuck and showing the same quantities. So, I've restocked twice, maybe 3 times as suggested and the numbers are still the same.

Anyone else?

Have been selling this product, B0144MCYNU (Gillette Contour Plus Razor Blades for Men, Pack of 10) for many years without problem.

Last week the listing became inactive: Fix listing issue

When I click on the Fix Listing option, I receive the following message:

Request selling approval for policy compliance

Reason: Product requires approval to sell. (Strange that we have been selling this for years.)

Request approval:

We are not accepting applications to sell:

• Other Gillette branded in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

This is now the second time this has happened to a listing, and in each case, Amazon is promoting, Please send us your stock via FBA, and we will enable you to continue selling.

Our account health score is 380, and metrics are all good, so we are unsure as to why Amazon is doing this.

Is it just us, or has anyone else had this happen?

How to correct a mistake on Business information

There is a verification going on my account.

I made a mistake of entering my UTR number under Company Registration Number. Please see screenshot.

I simply cannot amend it. It is greyed out.

Without the correction, no matter what I upload will not be correct because I do not have a company or a registration number.

I have opened a case 11334588842

Some guidance please.
