Amazon Prime scam robo-call
I’m sure many sellers are familiar with the rob-call telephone scams in which a recorded message tries to trick the person who answers into pressing 1, thereby connecting to a premium rate number.
Today I have twice had calls pretending to be about renewal of my Amazon Prime subscription. The clue to this being a scam is that I have never subscribed to Amazon Prime.

I’ve just had this as well. I am a Prime subscriber and had read about this scam on Facebook. My Amazon Prime subscription is higher than the £39.99 mentioned in the phone message.
