Appeal accepted, account reinstated, but product listings still stuck as "inactive"...it's been days

Hi.

Hope you’re well.

I am really really hoping someone can help me with this.

My listings were made “inactive” because I breached the 'Valid Tracking Rate" policy.

On the 8th November 2021 I submitted my appeal for account reinstating.

On the 9th November 2021 it was confirmed to me in my Amazon Seller Central “Performance Dashboard” via an automated message that my appeal was successful and my account would be reinstated and listings active within 24 hours. (SEE SCREENSHOT 1)

On the 10th November 2021 after 24 hours, my listings were still not reinstated and active, so I contacted the relevant Amazon department again, and then got another automated message in my Amazon Seller Central “Performance Dashboard” telling me that my listings will be reinstated in 24 hours. (SEE SCREENSHOT 2)

Now it is 12th November and my listings still have not been reinstated and are still showing up as “unavailable”. (SEE SCREENSHOT 3 AND 4).

I have contacted Amazon Support but they don’t seem to be getting the issue.

Someone please help, what can I do about this?

A few people have said that theirs haven’t been reinstated after successful appeal

On a side note, your images aren’t on a white background and are therefore at risk of being search suppressed

Were you suspended in more than one category and if so have any come back?

We are having the same problem.

We emailed over our appeal with an explanation of how we will proceed.

We received a phone call from the performance team and the lady was happy with our explanation.

I asked how do we get our listing back available for seller fulfilled and was told I would need to speak to seller support.

I spoke to seller support (more than once) and they say I need to speak to the performance team.

I re-emailed the performance team but a week later I have had no reply.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have now got our listings available for seller fulfilled again.

It only took three weeks and endless calls with Amazon.

Finally we spoke to a rep who actual knew the problem and how to resolve.

We had to down load our inventory and reupload it all.

These are the steps we took…

1- Go to Inventory and select Inventory Reports.
2- Select the report type from the drop-down menu. See the list of report types below.
3- Click the Request Report button.
4- Under Check Report Status & Download, when the report status is “Ready”, click the Download button.
5- Save the file to your local computer in text (tab delimited, *.txt) format.
6- Open the report in a spreadsheet or database program, such as Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access.
Note: Reports generally take 15 to 45 minutes to generate. You can return to this page later to pick up your completed report.

I hope this helps.

Good luck.

Ive had listings go inactive before and even when I have resolved the issue with Amazon they did not automatically go active again.

The solution is similar to what Bank_Tackle_UK has advised - basically you need to edit the listing and re-save.

This can be done via the file upload solution they have given (if you have a lot) OR you can just click the edit button beside the listing then just Save it again. This worked for me.
