I have been attempting to resolve this problem with Account Health Support with no success, so hopefully a fellow Seller may have an insight into this type of problem.

All my products have a handling time of 4 days as I have only 2 pick-ups each week and one specific ASIN always produces a ship-by date of 1 or 2 days depending on what time the order is placed. As a consequence my LDR (Late Dispatch Rate) is now at around 10% and I am receiving the standard warnings and emails about my account health. I have checked that the ASIN has the 4 day handling time and have raised the issue with Account Health Support and the responses are consistently explaining why my LDR is high because I dispatched the items after the ship-by date.

I know there have been some changes recently and I have checked that my shipping policies don't have any obvious changes.

Hopefully somebody will have had some experiece of this and can point me in the right direction.

We've been using Amazon barcodes for a while and now we want to switch to our own barcodes to streamline operations. The product was always listed with its official EAN code - GS1 code.

We've got several sizes listed, each size is a child with its own EAN. We don't want to loose any reviews or sales rank during this procedure. What's the best way to do it?

Create another variant of this product, exactly the same as the old one - I don't think I can do it.

Support was useless and basically said "yes, you need to create a new listing and loose all your reviews etc.". Is it the only way?

Just wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has dealt with something similar or has any advice.

After a year-long battle, I finally got back into my old Amazon Seller account. But during the time I was completely locked out, Amazon still charged me for FBA storage fees and product removal. I get that storage fees technically continue even if an account is closed or inactive, but here’s the issue .I couldn’t access the account at all, and I couldn’t do anything to remove or manage my inventory.

I contacted Seller Support multiple times, asking for help to either close the account properly or get access to remove my items. I was either ignored or got no real answers. Now that I’m finally back in, I’ve been trying to explain the situation to them and all I’m getting are automated replies from bots with foreign names that just copy-paste generic policy messages. No one’s actually reading what I’m saying or addressing the fact that I had zero control during that time.

I’m not trying to dodge fees I just think it’s really unfair to be charged for something I literally couldn’t prevent or fix, especially after months of reaching out for help and getting nowhere.

Anyone else had this happen? Any tips on how to actually get through to a human who might take a proper look at the situation?

I have had zero violations on my account. I built this business by myself over 4-5 years and it has become my main source of income - so this is quite depressing.

Amazon requested me to send them documents proving I'm a UK established business that pays VAT. They never formally rejected my documents - they just kept spamming the same performance notification asking me for the same information over and over again.

About 3 weeks in, and after having about 3 phone calls with account health, it turned out that the address they wanted me to prove was my OPERATING address instead of REGISTERED address. I gathered as much evidence as I could since then (utility bills, commercial invoices etc). and sent it to them. Since then it has been a wild goose chase. I've had to send this information multiple times too, and to multiple email addresses (all of this under the advice of account health).

It has been 6 weeks since I sent the last bit of information they asked for and I have had no response. I have lost over £150K worth of sales and paid over £15K in storage fees in these 3 months. Every time I call Account Health they tell me all I can do is wait. The more I wait, the more I lose in storage fees. They refuse to give me any rough estimate whatsoever on when this will be complete - I could still be waiting next year for all I know.

This has just an extremely stressful and depressing past few months. I did nothing to deserve this - this is just Amazon refusing to look at the documentation and reinstate my account at this point. This issue has been escalated twice in the last week. 5-6 days ago I received an e-mail from the "specialised team" it has been escalated to telling me I'll hear a response within 72 hours. They have not responded.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. Do I just accept that the accounts gone? I can make a new company, new seller account, and pay another £15K or so to get stuff removed from the Amazon warehouse but it's always in the back of my head that by the time this is all done my actual account will be reinstated by then. It's a frustrating dilemma. Really seems like Amazon is just torturing me at this point. Has anyone been through anything similar? Any advice?
