Chargeback please help

Hi i have a charge back checked the tracking it was signed for by the customer. but there is know where to respond when i click on the item in charge backs it says Pending This chargeback is being processed.but Amazon have said i need to respond by june the 1st am i missing something ? it just says view details but can not see anywhere that says reply ?

Don’t worry, credit card chargebacks are handled by Amazon and in most cases closed without debiting your account or damaging metrics.

The ‘Pending’ status indicates, that no response is necessary.

But if you want to respond, you can do so to the chargeback notice e-mail, using bullet points:

  • Order was placed on (date)
  • It was shipped on (date) with tracking number (xxxx) by carrier (carrier name).
  • The package was delivered on (date) and signed by (name), link to online tracking showing delivery: (xxxx)
  • Any additional information
