Disbursements Withheld
I received this email on February 4th and was told my account was under review,
Amazon promised to notify me within 14 days, but it has been more than 20 days and still has not notified me.
Anyone else having the same problem? how to solve this problem?

Do you know what they are referring to ?
Ie dropshipping , wrong legal entity, no valid VAT if required, using someone else’s details on the account etc

In regards to this, is your information up to-date on seller central? Did the performance notification you’ve received required any documents for verification and you may not have submitted? Because this may delay the account review process.
Please ensure that you are submitting all the required documents, if requested through performance notifications on time. Also, update all the information on Seller central.
You may also go through Amazon seller code of conduct and selling policies to ensure that your selling account is complying with our policies.

Same notification this morning, had noticed since saturday that we could not issue disbursements.
Like the rest of you, nothing has changed in the last 3 years with our account - have always been VAT registered in UK and all other EU marketplaces

Completely in the dark here. UK Co, with UK VAT number. No longer sell in europe (since brexit) so not vat registered in europe.
This is a major pain with no one able to tell you anything, very frustrating!

I received the same message today… The message was sent to me via the UK marketplace… I don’t sell in the UK… The state of all my accounts are impeccable. No violations… We go through Avalara for our declarations…
I have contacted Amazon services and they tell me to wait 14 days while they analyze what is wrong…
I will keep you updated on my case.

I used Avalara to register for VAT numbers in Europe. What I can say is that On my German VAT certificate, I have the address but not sure what they registered in their online data. I also Checked it and is shows Valid.
