Discrepancy between Fees, Orders & Payments To Amazon
Amazon took £612.00 from my account on 26/11/21 which i knew they would but it’s not showing on any of their reports as other payments have. I contacted support who could not find the £612.00. but said there were some fees that added roughly to that amount!!!..I then called my bank and sent AMZ the transaction number and then they said please refer to previous answer…apologies it’s not the answer you are looking for…This is nonsense I have done a complete reconcile and the £612.00 is no-where to be seen…what else can i do please?

Forgive the obvious question, but if you knew in advance they would be taken do you not know what they were for? Anything taken should show in your transaction report.
