Not sure if I have missed something, but this morning when I have gone to ship my parcels I am only being given the option to ship with DPD for second day orders??? Why has this been done when we still have time to ship on a RM 24 ?

Possibly because tracked24 isn’t next day and Friday is a bank holiday

We’re getting the same issue. SFP orders showing an expected delivery date for Good Friday, even though Good Friday is classed by Amazon themselves as a Bank Holiday in the UK. Royal Mail don’t deliver on Good Friday, or any bank holiday.
However in the past I’m pretty sure we’ve not been expected to deliver SFP orders on Good Friday. This may have changed and I’ve just missed the memo through. If there are other couriers that are working on Friday, Amazon probably expect us to just use them.
We will just ship them via Royal Mail outside of buy shipping, shipping via another courier on short notice isn’t viable for us. We will take a hit on the metrics for SFP for late delivery and will probably have to appeal an SFP suspension notice.

Have noticed the same. Crazy thing is the only option it shows us is Evri standard. Which actually shows a delivery date later than what the RM Tracked 24 would be. Just processing using our own account and will do the same and have to respond to any warning.

I have the same issue I have 8 orders and the only option is Evri. I don’t have an account with them and only use RM24 Tracked. Should I print labels from Click and Drop and then update them on Amazon? I have tried to contact Customer Service but with any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have turned prime off and opened a case until we find out what to do with the EVRi ones we will have to keep it off

Had this happen yesterday, 4 out of 7 SFP orders only had a DPD option for shipping available.
We aren’t set up for DPD, never have been. Now I can look forward to a spanking from Amazon because I failed to ship by a method I have never been set up for…
Also - we are getting orders today with One Day Delivery but the customer has not paid any extra for faster shipping, and they are expecting them to be delivered on Friday 7 April.
