Had listing made Inactive, unsure why?
Hi guys.
Amazon have made a listing that we have been selling since 2016 inactive for reasons unknown. If we try to request approval for the item to be re-activated we get the following message:
We are not accepting applications to sell:
- Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
However if you go to the product page, it is listed under ‘Signs and plaques’ along with our other products. We are confused as to why this one product has been singled out when every product we sell was listed the same way. We are also unsure how we request approval when it says we can’t (even though the email says we can…???).
Would anyone be able to advise please?
