Are you allowing anyone to login to your account from abroad for example a VA , using the primary account
I think my seller account and my customer account belong to the same mail. So I think I might be having a problem. I wanted to login to my client account for this and it gave an error. He asked me for some documents. I have submitted the documents he requested and am currently seeing this error message.
