Greetings

I launched some ads for my products, and I nees to print my invoices. The thing is, these invoices don’t show my Company’s name, VAT etc.

The invoices that Amazon mail me all show my company details on. Are you sending the correct invoices to yourself? They are in the Tax Document Library and you can mail yourself duplicates of the ones Amazon automatically send out.

they have all the information that is registered against my account.

So what’s your question?

If the Amazon VAT code is not in the same EEA country as your company, and you’re VAT registered then it would be zero rated and you’d be expected to use the reverse charging method.

The invoice will show your business details as registered with Amazon. If the details aren’t right then you’ll need to update those details (and probably also need to be re-verified).

The Amazon fees and ad invoices will be emailed to you 2-3 working days after the end of the month, but are also available from the Tax Document Library as @PeterB mentioned.
