You’ve been very unlucky to pick an account name that is the same as another seller who stopped (or was stopped) selling on Amazon with just a “1” added. Are you also selling mattresses and furniture too?
In any event, if you contact Support they should tell you the name of the linked account and that may or may not help you remember something. To be aware, this is not going to be quick to resolve.

I see the email you received was in Chinese - are you / were you based there? It seems you were able to understand the email at least.
EJ Life is trademarked to a Chinese company who have sold on Amazon in the past and have multiple brands. Either you are actually linked to them or Amazon have gotten confused when you chose effectively the same name.
I know which way i’d lean, but as mentioned it is Amazon you need to contact for more info if you maintain they have made an error.

Sometimes there could be difficulties if two people at the same IP address have different accounts. Could this be the case? If you have a buyers account and a sellers account that could also be a problem?
