Premium shipping DHL not being detected

We had been using yodel for our premium ship service and it was showing vaild use of tracking number. We changed to DHL and now this is not being picked up by amazon even though the tracking numbers are vaild and clearly show all the tracking on the dhl website as delivered. As a result we have now lost the premium ship option. We have sent this off to seller pereformance and raised a case. Very frustrating as if we use DHl and the tracking number we provided is showing on dhl why is amazon not picking this up and punishing us for no valid reasin? Anybody else having problems?

Hi Many thanks did think this might be the case. Do you which URL it does recognise? This is totally unfair for sellers who are using DHL as per their own list but their software is not set up accordingly. Don’t want to have to go back to using Yodel but might be forced to. Thanks

Sorry to bump an old post but I’m having huge issues with this DHL tracking issue. I’ve spoken to DHL who have said they are still trying to find a fix with Amazon who are reluctant to reopen all of the tracking sites required.

In the meantime my valid tracking rate has fallen below 50% and I’m losing huge amounts of sales. Has anyone had success in getting this metric reinstated given the problem is between Amazon and DHL? I’ve been sending emails to seller performance for over 2 weeks and haven’t had a single reply.

Hi. Has anyone had an update or found a solution to this problem. We get a number of customer contacting us to say they haven’t received their parcels because their order status says “your order could be lost”. 9 times out of 10 the item has been signed for but the customer still disputes it and creates some challenging conversations. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly apreciated

We have the same issue , our parcels are sent on next working day delivery with DHL and tracking number is added on amazon which amazon doesn’t read at all and classified as invalid tracking hence our valid tracking rate is below 5% so we can’t offer premium shipping to customers. Like others I have sent numerous emails to seller performance explaining what is happening and didn’t get a single reply. I have spoken to customer support who have no clue at all , they are saying one solution will be tgat we buy shipping from Amazon. Our delivery rate is nearly 100% so can we have 100% delivery on time and 5% valid tracking.
Any one has any solution or suggestion if there is any work around .

Just surprised that amazon hasn’t noticed why the valid tracking rate is low fir all the customers who are using DHL as their courier. I believe all of us should keep pushing Amazon to update their system. The difficulty I find is that we can’t speak to seller performance team and any time I have written to them, I just received standard reply which means they didn’t!5 even bother reading what I have written

This is still not working. Very frustrating as whilst we buy DPD shipping labels we use premium for items over size that are not listed as prime items. The annoying thing is they are getting delivered by DHL within the preformance times but whilst amazon fails to fix it they cannot see this. We get on premium then because of no valid tracking numbers as we use DHL last a number of weeks then we get taken off . Crazy that one of the biggest companies in the world cannot track parcels via a compnayh as big as DHL.

Spoke to DHL head-office today. Shipments via DHL (formely UKMail) are trunk via a sister company of DHL group. Amazon tracking sees DHL eCommerce as valid tracking route and not necessary any of the following

So this is something that can’t been solved easily.
