Refunded or not refunded?
I got an email saying this
We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim of £25.99 on order 026-8062299-0335502. We have covered the cost of the refund and have not counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate.
But there is no reason for this to be refunded and the refund option is still available on the order
Has it be refunded?

The claim was “Funded by Amazon”.
It means that they covered the refund as you weren’t found at fault.
Don’t issue any additional refunds as this would change the claim status into “Seller refunded”, giving you an unnecessary defect.
