Hello everyone,

I’d like to raise a serious concern regarding our large-item shipments. As our products are bulky, the shipping cost often exceeds the value of the item itself. To manage this efficiently, we partnered with a trusted private courier that offers live tracking and meets Amazon’s allowance for private or in-house couriers.

However, despite uploading tracking information, Amazon frequently displays an "Item may be lost" message to customers after 10–15 days. This results in customers filing A-to-Z claims, which are being approved—even in cases where we have provided photo evidence clearly showing the customer accepting delivery.

This is impacting us significantly:

We are losing the item,

Losing the payment,

Losing our account health (ODR),

And wasting time and effort trying to resolve these unfair claims.

We have multiple order IDs and supporting documentation proving delivery to the correct address, with evidence. But unfortunately, our input doesn't seem to be considered.

We kindly ask for your support in addressing this issue and ensuring sellers are treated fairly when valid proof of delivery is available.

increasingly I am asked for receipts for a restricted product.Can this be any receipt from a wholesaler but not necessarily the product I am applying for?I ask because some sellers seem to have got approval even if the product is not new,so they cannot get a receipt for second hand goods can they?

HELP – Account Deactivated Over ASIN B01FZGW9XE

Hi everyone,Hoping someone in the community can help or offer advice.

My seller account has been fully deactivated over ASIN B01FZGW9XE (a Rolling Stones licensed product), even though it was sourced in good faith back in January 2019 from Lasgo Worldwide Media, a reputable UK supplier of Rolling Stones Branded Products.

At that time, there were no brand restrictions or gating — we were selling legitimately and well within Amazon’s policies.

But now, years later, we’re being penalised for something that was compliant at the time. It feels like Amazon is moving the goalposts, and there’s no real path to getting a fair review.

I’ve submitted:

The original 2019 invoice

A detailed POA basically falling on my sword just to get my account back

Explanations of the timeline

But the responses have been robotic templates with no sign of a human review. Appeals are getting shut down without meaningful feedback.

Has anyone here experienced something similar and managed to get it resolved? Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

Also tagging @Julia_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Winston_Amazon in case anyone from the moderation team is able to take a closer look or help escalate this properly.

Amazon has lost my inventory and won't refund it

Hi guys,

I am incredibly upset with Amazon. They lost 24 pcs of my inventory and they will only refund the cost of the product from the supplier without refunding me the cost of the shipping from China.

This is robbery! I am losing money because THEY lost my product. This is not about money now, but it is a matter of principle. Has anyone been in the same situation? Thank you.

I've tried to ungate a brand using an invoice from an authorized local distributor but I received a response saying that I provided an unacceptable file. eg: retail receipt, online order confirmation, etc.

Hi Guys

Some guidance would be great...I have a file ready for upload containing my SKU's and updated pricing...however when I go to upload the feed via "Add products via Upload>Upload File"...it states "Purge and replace your inventory"...this seems to be the ONLY option to upload feeds...but I'm afraid it might purge my entire 2000+ SKU's inventory leaving just the contents of this feed file containing 30 SKU's with updated pricing...

Hi everyone,

We’ve just received a notice from Amazon Shipping informing us that our shipping services will be terminated as of 2 August 2025, with final access to Shipper Central ending on 30 September 2025.

We’ve been loyal customers of Amazon Shipping for over 7 years, and this came completely out of the blue. No explanation was provided, and our account manager wasn't informed either.

We’re trying to understand if this is an isolated incident or part of a wider change.

Has anyone else received a similar termination notice recently?

Any insights or experiences you’re willing to share would be really appreciated.

Today, I encountered an error stating "Invalid charge method." Despite updating all of my information multiple times and receiving confirmation that my charge method has been verified, the issue persists.

Although the system shows that the charge method is verified on the verification tab, I still cannot access my account.

Could you please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible?

I have been approved after fulfilling the criteria but still can not list the product. When I re apply and respond to the case it sends to me the same instructions. Feel Like stuck .There is no number to contact and seems like they don't get my query. When I re apply to sell It rehjects it saying it has already been approved. It also says some ASIN needs extra approval but what......?

UPC code not accepted

Has anyone had an issues with UPC codes they have purchased online not being accepted by Amazon? They rely on the GS1 database but I have bought them from UPCs.com who have purchased them from the owner but apparantly the GS1 database is not maintained.

Amazon seller support are not helpful and I have now been accused of thinking I am above policy!
