Hello Support Team. I'm looking for some help and advice.
My brand registry for my trademark has been rejected multiple times. I've tried appealing but was met with the following possible reasons below for rejection. (Case ID: 18072565321)
I've deep dived into each one for possibility and put comments below each reason. It seems I'm left with options a) or b) but I have not engaged in any activities that violate Brand Registry policies to my knowledge and accounts that I'm connected to also had no problems with having the trademarks connected in their respective markets.
a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification, -> I do have more than one selling account as primary owner, but all of them have no problems with identity verification and are active
d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging; -> when submitting this appeal, there was no proper field for me to submit my product packaging, but they were submitting in the initial application
e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or -> my account and all connected accounts are not deactivated
f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below). -> I'm trying to file a UK connection, so I this does not apply to my case
