SFP buy shipping options removed
I have been using SFP for around 5 years now 99% of what I ship is sent using the ‘Buy shipping’ option and around 90% of my parcels are shipped with DPD due to weight. Today I have followed the same process as I have used every day to ‘buy shipping’ but there is no DPD option. Nothing has changed from my side, weights and sizes have not changed. I have not changed my shipping settings. The only option that is now available is Evri which has a maximum weight of 15kg and is a more expensive service. Has anyone any thoughts on why this has happened? Thanks

Also same here! DPD Next Day/Saturday says carrier not enabled, checked the settings and they are enabled. Clearly an error with Buy Shipping

Yes. This morning our Buy Shipping settings have defaulted to EVRI who we do not use. All of our Buy Shipping default carrier settings still say DPD. When trying to Buy Shipping for an order the only option is EVRI, and we cannot select anything else.

Literally every order Evri and even when choosing a different ship date still nothing. ANy one had any response from amazon on this?

Same. A lot of our prime orders have to go DPD due to weight and size…
yet only showing Royal Mail. No doubt they’ll say “purchase outside of amazon and your account wont be affected” which it then will of course. Probably best to hold out a few hours if you can.

we have had this problem on and off over the last few weeks,
but only affecting 3 of the 160 postcode districts

we were told they were investigating the issue, and we normally got a response back a week later!
but of course the response was inconclusive - cases were transferred but no concrete response.
they did refer to once as “carrier outage” where their system cannot get a price for the shipping so defaults to evri - excuses of “oversized”, “fragile”, wont arrive in time (which was not the case as even tracked24 was blocked from deliveries that had a delivery-date promise of +6 days later)

One side issue we had - we opted in for the ability to send hazmat via amazon shipping,
seems the system is not yet working properly as it then assumes everything a seller sends is hazmat so it then removes all courier/delivery options that go by air / royalmail tracked
the option to mark product hazmat/not hazmat has not been developed yet - and is a future project.
we then opted back out of the hazmat program and everything “almost” returned to normal.

Spoke to my local DPD depo manager, he has no idea of it, meaning its nothing on DPD’s end, we still have our daily collections scheduled for today by DPD, it seems its an issue on Amazons end, i really hope they fix this quick as more than 70% of my orders are shipped via DPD.

Same here. Are the Amazon Mods able to look into this. We spoke to DPD onboarding and they are receiving many calls with regards to this and are saying nothing has changed their end. Think its a system clitch.

Do DPD offer shipping to BT postcodes on Prime orders or do they not cover that region…
