Verification timescale
Hi all,
I opened an account nearly 10 weeks ago but am still not verified. When I log in, I still see “Your information is currently being validated”
I’ve emailed the verification team a few times and have always had the same response saying will verify as soon as they can but can’t give a timescale.
Should I keep chasing or simply play the waiting game and how long do they currently take to verify accounts ?

Just wait - it takes Amazon as long as it takes. Sometimes even months

Several others asking the exact same question on other threads.
Do not keep pestering them as each new contact goes to the bottom of the pile as they apparently deal with emails in date order.
Just wait, they will ask for more info if needed. It seems to be taking months rather than weeks for some people.

Yes, I’ve been reluctant to email them again as I’ve also read elsewhere that it puts you at the bottom of the queue again. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
