Why is my account suspended? Accused of having 2 accounts - WHICH I DON'T
I have had my seller account suspended saying that ‘You have been found to be related to an account beginning with G’ and that this account has violated their policies.
I do not have another seller account and they are asking me to prove i am not related to this other account. How can i possibly prove I don’t have another account? They won’t tell me the full name of the account or how they think i am related to it.
I keep replying to their same message through the appeal process but it is impossible for me to prove this. I have also asked them to phone me to discuss but so far they haven’t
Can anyone offer any help on this please? I have phoned the Amazon buyer help as that is the only phone number i can find but they said they couldn’t help or give me any contact information for Seller Central.

I may be off the mark here but an account ending in ao sounds potentially like a chinese account, it’s not possible some of your details are being used / cloned if you’re dropshipping ?

Same thing happened to me, no connections whatsoever with another account, Amazon are essentially making false allegations and when you respond its like trying to communicating with a brick wall, very frustrating, completely disgusting behavior, I think we should all get together and take combined action in some fashion, these are discriminatory actions by Amazon where essentially they are preventing/punishing you from selling for no good reason (or at least no fault of your own).
