Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement
I created my seller account and uploaded my id and bank card documents correctly. Straight away they deactivated my account saying :
“Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Dispatch any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.”
I don’t know why this is as I haven’t even bought or sold an item yet and uploaded my ID and bank statement correctly. Can someone tell me what i have to do to reactivate my account to start selling.

there should be a reactivate button where they’ll ask you to upload ID , utility bills and business ID
if not, did the ID you upload match what you registered on amazon ?
are You a Ltd or ST ?
where are you based ?

All newly registered accounts are deactivated whilst they go through the process of verifying all the info and documentation you have supplied - obviously takes time for them to do this.
As said in above post, everything needs to match exactly the details you provided when registering, and if you are a sole-trader or limited company they will require either your UTR or CH documents.
