Manage FBA orders

To review the status of your FBA orders, go to Manage Orders and click on view FBA orders. If you sell your inventory using FBA, Amazon manages your orders for you.

Payments for completed orders appear in your Payments report.

Manage Orders displays a list of all Not dispatched, Pending, Dispatched and Cancelled orders, including:

  • Order details, including order ID, product name, quantity ordered, ASIN, SKU, sales channel, fulfilment method and billing country.
  • Delivery information, including delivery method, payment status, and any pending action.
  • Tools for managing your orders, such as cancellations and refunds, delivery tools (purchase delivery and print packing slips) and more. For FBA orders, Amazon customer service handles these actions.

For more information on how to manage your orders, go to Manage Orders.

For information on how to search and filter orders, go to Search Orders.

Amazon-fulfiled orders

An Amazon-fulfiled order status can be either:

  • Pending – Some of the items in the order have not been dispatched. Orders may be pending because:
    • The order is pending while other items are consolidated for free delivery.
    • The credit card payment has not been authorised.
    • An item in the order is out of stock. In cases where Amazon splits the order, the status will be Pending until the final item has been dispatched, even if the payment is complete.
  • Payment Complete – The order has been paid for.

Multi-channel Fulfilment Orders

Multi-channel fulfilment orders are identified as “Non-Amazon” in the Sales Channel field in Order Details.

A multi-channel fulfilment order status can be one of the following:

  • Unfulfilable – The order cannot be completed because the product is out of stock or the delivery address is invalid.
  • Planning – The order has been received.
  • Dispatch – The order is being packed for dispatch.
  • Complete – The order has been dispatched.

For more information about managing multi-channel fulfilment orders, go to Multi-Channel Fulfilment: Fulfil orders for your sales channels .

FBA Order Cancellation

Amazon will no longer cancel FBA orders at the request of sellers as we aim at providing an excellent buying experience for our customers.

When a customer places an FBA order, Amazon’s world-class fulfilment network will ensure their items arrive on or before the promised delivery time.

For offers affected by pricing errors, you are encouraged to use existing pricing error prevention measures within Seller Central. For more information, go to Pricing Health and Pricing Health warning and error messages.
