Each individual unit must have an Amazon barcode. Products cannot be bundled and must comply with standard FBA prep and packaging requirements. To be eligible for Amazon to barcode your units, each individual unit must have a single, scannable barcode that uniquely identifies the product, such as an EAN, UPC, ISBN, GCID or JAN.
All barcodes must be placed on the outside of the unit in a flat, easily accessible and scannable location. For example, barcodes must not be placed on a corner, curve or seam of the package.
Crushable items such as crisps and glass must be properly prepped and packaged so that they are not crushed or broken when shipped. Crushed or broken items will not be received at the fulfilment centre. They will be removed or disposed of at your expense.
A minimum of 24 units per SKU must be sent in each shipment.
Shipment contents match the shipping plan.
Shipment does not contain dangerous goods (hazmat) or items that are temperature-sensitive, meltable or crushable.
Note: Through the FBA Label Service, we will apply an Amazon barcode to your Small and Light products for free. In addition, you can use the FBA Prep Service to have us package and prep your Small and Light products for fulfilment for a per-unit fee. To be eligible for the FBA Label Service, each individual unit must have a single scannable barcode that uniquely identifies the product.
General FBA Requirements
