Manage FBA inventory
Send inventory to Amazon
Once your inventory has been received at a fulfilment centre or receive centre, it is available for sale. In the Shipping Queue
, you can track your shipment as its status moves from In-Transit to Delivered, Checked-In, Receiving and Closed. To learn more, visit How Amazon receives and stores your inventory
Options for creating a shipment include the following:
Inventory sent to Amazon fulfilment centres must meet certain requirements for labelling, packaging and shipping. Adhering to these requirements will help you avoid delays, unplanned service fees and penalties.
Packaging and prep requirements: Learn about the general preparation requirements for sending inventory to fulfilment centres and the product categories that require specialised prep.
Use an Amazon barcode to track inventory: Each unit you send to a fulfilment centre requires a barcode so it can be tracked throughout the fulfilment process. Products that do not use a manufacturer barcode for tracking require an Amazon barcode.
Note: By default, when you create a shipping plan, your shipment may be divided into multiple shipments, each directed to a different fulfilment centre. The fulfilment centres are selected based on the products you are shipping and where you are shipping them from. By having your inventory spread across multiple fulfilment centres across the country, customers who buy your product may receive it faster than they would if your inventory was located farther away.
Due to Brexit, as of January 1, 2021, Amazon is unable to fulfill FBA orders across the border between the UK and EU. To sell with FBA in both the UK and EU, you will need to send inventory to fulfilment centres in the UK and EU. Click here

Pan-European FBA: How it works
The Pan-European FBA program allows you to fulfil offers in all European marketplaces from one inventory pool without incurring per-unit cross-border fulfilment fees for the European Fulfilment Network. Amazon will distribute your inventory across the European Fulfilment Network at no additional cost. You can track your Pan-European FBA offers using all standard reports and tools in Seller Central.
Pan-European FBA will become active for a product only after you create an active FBA offer in all the Amazon European marketplaces listed as required on the Pan-European FBA Inventory page in your Selling on Amazon account.
