Get started with Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA)

Leverage our fulfilment networks and expertise so that your customers and your business benefit. You send your products to Amazon fulfilment centres and we pick, pack and deliver them for you as well as providing customer service.

What is Fulfilment by Amazon?


The benefits of using FBA include:

  • Increase your sales: When you join FBA, your offers become more visible and more competitive. Your products qualify for Amazon Prime, FREE Delivery (for eligible products) and many other benefits which help drive your sales and make you more competitive.
  • Sell internationally: You can expand your business internationally to reach millions of potential new customers across all of Amazon’s European stores. List your inventory from a single seller account, and we will deliver your products to customers throughout the EU.
  • Benefit from Amazon’s 24/7 customer service: With FBA, Amazon’s acclaimed 24/7 customer service is available in the local language of all the Amazon stores you are selling in.
  • Fulfil orders from other channels: FBA can fulfil your orders from other sales channels using your inventory stored at an Amazon fulfilment centre. You manage your inventory through a simple online user interface and can direct us to return the inventory at any time.
  • Keep selling even when you take a break: thanks to the FBA holiday settings, you can carry on selling even you are on holiday!

Getting started with FBA

When you sign up to sell on Amazon, you are automatically registered for FBA. Start listing your products by choosing FBA as your shipping method. You can also convert existing inventory to FBA.

Create a new offer using FBA

When you add a new product, select “Amazon will dispatch and provide customer service” on the product offer details page for Fulfilment channel under Offer. This is all that is required to begin delivering the product using FBA.

Convert an existing offer to FBA

When you sign up to sell on Amazon, you are automatically registered for FBA. Start listing your products by choosing FBA as your shipping method. You can also convert existing inventory to FBA.

  1. On the Manage Inventory page, select the products that you want to sell through FBA.
  2. Select Change to Fulfilled by Amazon from the Actions pull-down menu.
  3. If you want to continue creating your shipment, click Convert and send inventory. If you want to keep adding inventory before creating your shipment, click Convert only.
