We show the Shipped on time metric and the Response time on buyer-seller contacts to Amazon Business customers on your Seller profile page. The Shipped on time metric is the reverse of Late Shipment Rate, and is calculated as 100% minus Late Shipment Rate. The Response time is the Average response time on buyer-seller contacts. Note that this information is only shown to registered Amazon Business customers. Customers who do not have an Amazon Business account do not see them. Late Shipment Rate is visible to you on the Account Health page in Seller Central.
