Convert listings to Fulfilled by Amazon


  1. Log in to your Seller Central account.
  2. Click the ‘Inventory’ tab.

    If no items appear in the list, you will need to add your items. (For instructions on how to add items in Seller Central Help > Inventory > Add a Product).

    Note: When adding a product, ensure that you use a unique identification code for the Merchant SKU. Duplicate Merchant SKUs will result in the removal of listings for existing inventory. See Merchant SKU Error.
  3. Select the items that you wish to fulfil through Amazon in the All Inventory View page by selecting the box to the left of the title.
  4. In the Apply to Selected drop-down menu, select ‘Convert to Fulfilled by Amazon’.
  5. Click ‘Go’.

  1. Go to Manage Inventory in your seller account and select All Inventory View.

    If no products appear in the list, you will need to add them. Note to Pro Merchants: When adding a product, make sure you use a unique identifier for the SKU. Duplicate SKUs will result in listings for existing inventory being removed. See Merchant SKU Error.

  2. Select the product(s) you want to fulfil through Amazon in the All Inventory View by ticking the box in the far left column.
  3. In the ‘Actions’ pull-down menu, select ‘Change to Fulfilled by Amazon’.

    This brings you to the Convert to 'Fulfilled by Amazon' page.

    1. Click the ‘Convert Only’ button if you are not ready to create your shipment.
    2. Click the ‘Send Inventory’ button if you are ready to create your shipment.

  4. Follow the online instructions.

Note: When you convert a product you fulfil to one that Amazon.co.uk fulfils, the listing is removed from the website until inventory is received by an Amazon fulfilment centre.

If you receive this message while converting your listing to Fulfilled by Amazon, then you are attempting to add a product with a merchant SKU that is a duplicate for a product currently in inventory with FBA. Our fulfilment centres would be unable to fulfil current inventory, process customer returned items or receive any inbound Units as a result of the duplicate SKU.


You have two options.

Option 1: If you entered a duplicate SKU by mistake, return to the All Inventory View page and do the following:


  1. Remove the listing with the duplicate SKU. (Tick the box next to the listing, and then select ‘Delete products and listings’.)
  2. Add the new product again using a unique SKU.
  3. Wait approximately 24 hours, then add the original product using the original SKU. Our fulfilment centres will then be able to fulfil current inventory, process customer returned Units and receive any inbound Units for this SKU.

Option 2: If you intended to use a duplicate SKU to replace existing listings, contact Seller Support. Request assistance with deactivating the old listing and converting the new listing to fulfilled by Amazon.
