Holiday selling requirements will be implemented in Toys & Games this holiday season to maintain a positive customer experience on Amazon. Sellers must meet the following performance criteria to be eligible to sell in Toys & Games through seller fulfilment from November 2, 2020 to January 3, 2021. If you do not maintain the criteria, you will not be able to fulfil orders directly this holiday season.
All seller-fulfilled orders are considered when determining your performance criteria. Orders that use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) are not subject to the holiday selling requirements.
Performance Criteria based on Seller-Fulfilled Orders (not fulfilled by Amazon)
If your performance does not meet the criteria, we encourage you to take corrective action now to be able to sell through seller fulfilment in Toys & Games during the holiday season. We have included the following suggestions to remain eligible or improve your performance.
Eligibility to sell in Toys & Games for the holidays is determined separately for each country. If you sell in multiple countries, your performance metrics will be evaluated for each country.

Refer to Monitor Your Account Health for more details.
No, orders that use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) will not be subject to the holiday selling requirements. Visit Fulfilment by Amazon if you would like more information on how to sign up.
The purpose of the Holiday Selling Requirements is to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience on Amazon during a period of high demand even when Amazon does not fulfil the order. The criteria is used to confirm sellers have the tenure and performance record to deliver on the Amazon customer promise via seller fulfilment.
We will send a notification in the week leading up to November 2 to all active sellers in Toys & Games about their eligibility to sell in the Toys & Games categories for the holidays.
