The Contact Seller Support option can help you to report an issue that requires
immediate attention.
Note: The Contact Seller Support option also has an Urgent
Help Needed option. However; it does not cover all the topics. In case your
topic qualifies for the Urgent Help Needed option, you will be prompted to select
specific reasons and the contact by mail/phone/chat option to interact with a Seller
Support representative. You can chose from the support options available for your
marketplace.
In order to report an issue with Seller Support, follow these steps:

Go to Contact Seller
Support.

Click Selling on Amazon.
Note: In case you do not find the
option to click Selling on Amazon, proceed to step 3.

Enter a keyword related to the issue you are facing in the Tell us how
we can help field, and click Get
Help.
Note: You will get a list of “Search Results”. If you are
unable to find a solution then, follow step 4.

From the Other issues issues drop-down menu on the left,
select All other issues.
Note: You will get the option to
contact Seller Support using e-mail, phone, or chat. Please select the
available support option for your marketplace.
