Create cross-border removal using a removal order file

Inventory stored in any Amazon EU fulfilment centre can be cross-border returned to European addresses outside your home marketplace in the following way:

  1. Download the template file from the Upload a Removal File page.
  2. Set the “RemoveFromCountryCode” value to the country where your inventory is stored.
  3. Complete all other required fields.
  4. Upload the template file again via the Upload a Removal File page.

When the file is uploaded, a cross-border removal order will be created.

For more information about inventory removal, please see Remove Inventory (Overview).

For more information about cross-border removal pricing, please refer to FBA removal and disposal fees.
