A webinar is a training session which is held online via the internet. You can ask questions and interact with the presenters through a chat feature.
Amazon Services webinars are free of charge unless otherwise stated during the registration process.
You will be able to put your questions to the webinar hosts through the chat feature. Unfortunately, it is not possible to connect you to a specialised account manager during a webinar. Accordingly, questions that are specific to your account or related to a particular category might not receive an immediate answer during the session. Please contact Seller Support if that happens.
Yes. When you sign up for a session you will receive an e-mail with the webinar recording and other useful information. Recordings of past sessions can be found in our webinar archive.
Yes. You can share the registration link and ask them to register.
You will need a computer with an internet connection and speakers or headphones.

If you are not available at the time of the event but still want to learn more, you can register to receive an e-mail with the recording and other useful information. Recordings and presentations of past events can also be found in our webinar archive.
To register for an upcoming session, go to the Amazon Services Europe Webinar Page and click on the direct registration link. (You can also find this link in the invitation e-mail.) You will be taken to the event page with the details of the session. To finalise your free registration, provide your First and Last Name, your Email Address and your Seller Account Email Address.
When you have completed these steps, you will receive an e-mail from Amazon Events (email@example.com) with instructions and a personal Login Link to the event (if you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam folder). On the day of the event, you should access the webinar room 15 minutes before the official start time.
