The following types of human medicines:
Prescription-only medicines(POM)
Pharmacy medicines that must be sold by a licensed pharmacist (P)
General Sales List (GSL) medicines containing aloxiprin, aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen
any other device, drug, vitamin, herbal product or other product which requires a prescription, application or fitting by a doctor, optician or other health care provider
All unlicensed medicines
Herbal or homeopathic products without the necessary MHRA licences
Unlicensed products that make prohibited medicinal or health claims
Full spectrum cannabinoid extracts, such as extracts from hemp plants, including the flowers, leaves and stalks
Hemp products that make unauthorised health or medicinal claims
Hemp gummies and other similar hemp products
Substances or drugs considered as legal highs, such as:
Sceletium tortuosum
Nymphaea caerulea
Hawaiianische holzrose
Marihuanilla
Leonurus sibiricus
Lowenohr
Leonotis leonurus
Lactuca virosa
Mudwort
Substances identified as drugs or chemicals of concern by an authority or official agency, including the MHRA and US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), such as:

Ingredients to produce illegal drugs, such as ephedra/ephedrine, Gamma-butyrolactone (GBL) or 1,4 Butanediol (1,4-BD)
Gamma hydroxybutyrate (GHB)
2, 4-Dinitrophenol (DNP)
Other prohibited products, such as
Red dawn vector
Miracle Mineral Supplements (MMS-Tropfen)
Turnera diffusa
Phentramin D
Substances included in the “Prohibited List” of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)
Smoking apparatus and other drug paraphernalia, including pipes and bongs
if intended for use with illegal drugs.
Products intended to defeat a drug test, such as synthetic urine or urine additives
Products that claim to treat cancer
Unlicensed products that claim to be “hangover cures”
Parasite cleansers, parasite detox or similar products
Growth hormones
Human chorionic gonadotrophin

Niacin supplements (vitamin B3, nicotinic acid) exceeding the maximum daily dosage of 50 mg.
Nicotinamide supplements (nicotinic amide, vitamin PP) exceeding the maximum daily dosage of 500mg
Vitamin D supplements exceeding the maximum daily dosage of 100 mcg
Weight loss products tainted with sibutramine, ephedra, phenolphthalein or any other undeclared substance or prohibited ingredient. See the Examples of tainted weight loss products section below
Body building supplements tainted with DMAA, steroids, dinitrophenol, prostanozol or methasterone or any other undeclared substance or prohibited ingredient, see the Examples of tainted body building supplements section below
Sexual enhancement or performance supplements tainted with viagra, vimax, kamagra, viapro, sildenafil, lovastatin, tadalafil, phentolamin, sulfoaildenafil, aminotadalafil or any other undeclared substance or prohibited ingredient, see the Examples of tainted sexual supplements section below
Poppers (amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate and isobutyl nitrate)
Products that have passed their expiration or "use by" dates
Opened or used products
Products that are not sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging
Products labeled as "tester," "not for retail sale" or "not intended for resale"
Products that have been the subject of recalls or safety alerts
Products that have been the subject of criminal enforcement, injunctions, seizures or warning letters
Products and ingredients that governmental agencies have determined present an unreasonable risk of injury or illness or are otherwise unsafe
