The Pan-European FBA programme allows you to fulfil offers in all European marketplaces from one inventory pool without incurring per-unit cross-border fulfilment fees for the European Fulfilment Network. Amazon will distribute your inventory across the European Fulfilment Network at no additional cost. You can track your Pan-European FBA offers using all standard reports and tools in Seller Central.
Pan-European FBA will become active for a product only after you create an active FBA offer in all the Amazon European marketplaces listed as required on the 'Pan-European FBA Manage Your Inventory' page in your selling on Amazon account and enrol the ASIN in Pan-European FBA.
Choose the country to which you wish to deliver Pan-European FBA ASINs. At its own discretion and at any time, Amazon may then move this inventory across European fulfilment centres at no additional cost to you.
Many factors guide inventory movement, including placing inventory as close to customers as possible to maintain optimal delivery timelines for their purchases. This is possible even when inventory resides in a different country because your Pan-European FBA inventory is treated as a single inventory pool that is sellable in all Amazon Europe marketplaces. Regardless of the country in which your inventory resides, you will pay the fulfilment fee for the marketplace where the order was placed.
You cannot initiate movement between fulfilment centres for Pan-European FBA inventory—Amazon will take care of that for you.
When your inventory is out of stock in one marketplace, Amazon will fulfil orders from your inventory in other marketplaces, and you will continue to pay the fulfilment fee for the marketplace where the order was placed.
You can track movement of your inventory using the Cross-Border Inventory Movement report, the Daily Inventory History report and the Amazon Fulfilled Shipments report.
Inventory units that are transshipping are available for sale, and Amazon will continue to fulfil orders for those ASINs from your Pan-European FBA inventory pool. You can view transshipped inventory in the Reserved Inventory report and it will appear on the Manage FBA Shipments page as Reserved.
Standard Selling on Amazon fees apply for each marketplace on which an ASIN is listed. Pan-European FBA inventory might also be subject to the following fees:
For information about fees, see Fulfillment by Amazon Pricing page.
Storing units in a country outside your home marketplace country will trigger additional VAT registration and reporting obligations for your business, as well as Intrastat and other reporting requirements. You will be responsible for the collection and payment of your taxes and the filing of all relevant returns where required.
To learn more about VAT, see Europe Tax and Regulatory Considerations or get more information regarding External Tax Advisers here: https://services.amazon.com/solution-providers/#/search/UK/tax (English- and Chinese-language only). Note that we will share information about your transactions and units where obligated, for example if justifiably requested by governmental entities or regulatory authorities that have jurisdiction over Amazon.
