How to enable the Fulfilment Network Expansion (Central Europe Programme)

To enable the Fulfilment Network Expansion (Central Europe Programme) for your Seller Central account, click here.


  1. On Seller Central, click on Settings and select "Fulfilment by Amazon"
  2. Click "Edit" on "Cross-Border Fulfilment Settings"
  3. Under "Allow inventory to be stored in other countries", click on "Store in Germany, Poland and Czech Republic"
  4. Click "Update" to save changes

Shipment Addresses

The destination address for shipping FBA inventory depends on whether you are using Amazon's Partnered Carrier Programme (PCP) with DHL. If you use PCP with DHL, you will be requested to ship to:

Once Amazon has received your shipment, we will redirect eligible units for storage to a fulfilment centre in Poland or the Czech Republic. There will be an up to 12-hour delay between your carrier's delivery confirmation and Amazon's receipt confirmation in a Polish or Czech Republic fulfilment centre.

Seller Central provides reports to help you locate your products.

  • Navigate to Reports > Fulfilment by Amazon > Inventory > Daily Inventory History
  • Navigate to Reports > Fulfilment by Amazon > Inventory > Monthly Inventory History
  • Navigate to Reports > Fulfilment by Amazon > Sales > Amazon Fulfilled Shipments
  • Navigate to Reports > Fulfilment by Amazon > Tax > Amazon VAT Transactions Report

You can then download a text report.

Removing inventory from fulfilment centres in Poland and the Czech Republic

You can remove your FBA inventory from fulfilment centres in Poland and the Czech Republic at any time (Amazon.de rate card removal fees apply). Learn how to Create Cross-border Removal Order using a Removal Order File.

Note: You cannot request to have inventory directed to a specific fulfilment centre or exclude a specific fulfilment centre from storing your inventory.

Moving goods across borders within the EU normally triggers a VAT reporting requirement. Please speak to your tax adviser.
