If your current status on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool shows your status as Not eligible, it is because one or more of your performance metrics is below the required threshold. During this time, the Two-Day Delivery option will be deactivated on your offers for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days.
If you meet the performance metrics during that time, this delivery option will be reactivated and your status on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool will change to Eligible. However, you must continue to meet the performance requirements, or you will lose eligibility once again.
