Why am I not eligible for Two-Day Delivery?

If your current status on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool shows your status as Not eligible, it is because one or more of your performance metrics is below the required threshold. During this time, the Two-Day Delivery option will be deactivated on your offers for a minimum of 7 days and maximum of 30 days.

If you meet the performance metrics during that time, this delivery option will be reactivated and your status on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool will change to Eligible. However, you must continue to meet the performance requirements, or you will lose eligibility once again.

Notes:
  • Only metrics for seller-fulfilled orders are displayed on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool and will be used to calculate your eligibility to offer Two-Day Delivery. Metrics on the Premium Delivery Eligibility tool might differ from those of your Account Health Dashboard because the latest shows a combination of seller-fulfilled and Amazon-fulfilled metrics.
  • Performance metrics are calculated and recorded once a day. Metrics on recent orders might not be reflected on this page for at least 24 hours.
