When you confirm dispatch, we charge the buyer for the order, credit your seller account for the order, send a dispatch confirmation email to the buyer and update the buyer’s account with the delivery information. The buyer can then track the status online. This results in improved buyer satisfaction and reduced buyer contacts.

When reimbursing you for a buyer refund, Amazon determines the amount of the order-related fees that are credited back to you and the amount of such fees that Amazon retains is based on the item’s product line and the order amount.
