Amazon Seller Central Partner Network: Excess inventory liquidation and donation

The Amazon Seller Central Partner Network offers two types of solutions for removing excess inventory. Both solutions are available for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) inventory and for inventory you fulfil yourself.

• Liquidation: Sell your inventory in bulk at a significant discount.
• Donation: Give away your inventory to a charitable organisation.

If you want to sell your excess inventory, you can offer it to liquidators through the Bstock auction site by following the steps below.

1. Go to Amazon Seller Central Partner Network
2. Scroll down to Liquidation
3. Select the sub-category: Liquidate inventory
4. Go to third-party provider B-Stock Supply
5. Click on Contact Provider for quote
6. Offer your excess inventory to liquidators through the B-Stock Supply auction site
7. Run the auction
8. For inventory you fulfil yourself, send inventory with your partner carrier to the address confirmed by the liquidator.

   OR

   For FBA inventory, create a Removal Order Request and enter the buyer’s address in the return address field.

If you want to donate your excess inventory, you can contact charities through the Amazon Seller Central Partner Network.

1. Go to Amazon Seller Central Partner Network
2. Scroll down to Liquidation
3. Select the sub-category: Donate inventory
4. Select a service provider that works in the locale where your excess inventory is stored
5. Click on Contact provider for quote
6. Describe the number and type of products you want to donate
7. Attach a file with product details (ASIN, brand, product name, recommended retail price), quantities and condition (sellable/unsellable).
8. Receive a response from the charity confirming which products they are able to accept.
9. For inventory you fulfil yourself, send inventory with your partner carrier to the address confirmed by the receiver.

   For FBA inventory, create a Removal Order Request and enter the buyer’s address in the return address field.
