The FBA Donations programme makes it possible for you to automatically donate your unwanted inventory to selected charitable organisations .
When you request disposal of overstock, returned or other unwanted FBA inventory, we make it available for donation to selected charities. Amazon makes the arrangements with the charities, helping to remove logistic, language and cost barriers to donating your inventory. Donating your inventory may allow you to benefit from special VAT exemptions for donations. If a product is not eligible for donation, Amazon will dispose of it in accordance with relevant regulations and safety guidelines. Usual disposal fees apply.
Amazon has entered into partnership with the following UK charities which will resell any inventory donated by FBA sellers and use the proceeds of the sales for their charitable purposes.

Inventory that is designated for disposal in our French fulfilment centres will be routed for donation through the FBA Donations programme. Unfulfillable inventory that you have elected not to have returned to you, and that we determine to be eligible for donation, may be affected.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any tax-reporting obligations for donations are met. Contact your tax advisor for further advice.
