We are working towards a gradual re-opening of our French fulfilment centres starting 19 May 2020. Over the following weeks, we will be gradually ramping up our activities to ensure that we resume our FBA services progressively.
You are not required to take any action. Your FBA offers will be automatically available on Amazon.fr.
We recommend that you convert your MFN offers to FBA as early as Tuesday, 19 May.
You are not required to take any action. If you use the Pan-European FBA programme, we will distribute your inventory across our European fulfilment centres, including France. If you do not use the Pan-European FBA programme, we will receive your FBA inventory in our European fulfilment centres and deliver to customers using your inventory in France and other countries.
We will be gradually ramping up our activities over the next three weeks to ensure that our employees can resume their services progressively. As such, we will continue to focus on fulfilling the highest priority products that customers need at this time. While a broader set of products can now be sent to our fulfilment centres, we are limiting the quantity you can send for some of these products.
We will progressively receive your FBA inventory into our French fulfilment centres starting 19 May.
To ensure we have capacity to receive, restock, and ship high-priority products like household staples and medical supplies, we have temporarily paused removal operations in some of our fulfilment centres. You can continue to create removal orders, but there will be delays in completing the requests. Similarly, auto-removals will also be delayed. Be sure to regularly check the News section in Seller Central for the latest updates.
