Subscribe & Save allows Amazon customers sign up for recurring and scheduled deliveries of products that they use frequently (“Subscriptions”).
Subscribers get a base discount on their deliveries, which is funded by you as the seller. You can choose from three base funding options: 0%, 5% or 10%. Customers who receive three (applicable to France, Italy and Spain Amazon sites) or five (applicable to Germany and UK Amazon sites) or more subscribed products in one delivery scheduled for the same day, as determined by the customer, get an additional 5% discount that may be funded by Amazon.

Seller performance reviews are ongoing in order to ensure a positive Amazon customer experience. When evaluating performance, we consider criteria such as your ability to maintain sufficiently high inventory levels to meet subscriber demand, customer feedback, Subscribe & Save order cancellations and delivery performance. Poor performance metrics may affect your ability to participate in the programme and products failing to meet the criteria may be removed from the programme.
You can view your Subscribe & Save orders in the Transaction view of the Payments report page. You can go to Manage products to access your performance dashboard and review the following metrics for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedules:
You can also get these performance metrics at the ASIN level by using the search option on the dashboard. You can search up to 20 ASINs at a time.
You can access detailed Subscribe & Save performance reports including the out of stock rate, sales price, discount and units shipped for the trailing four weeks in the Amazon Fulfilment Reports section. Use the forecasting report to decide how many units will be required to fulfil subscriptions for any Subscribe & Save offer up to eight weeks in advance. Use the performance report for details such as how many programme items have shipped and the percentage of orders that were missed due to a lack of inventory.
