Children’s toys covered by this policy
A children’s toy is a product intended for use in learning or play by a child 14 years of age or younger.
Toys are determined to be a “children’s toys” based on the following criteria:

Age grading on the product packaging is intended for use by a child 14 years of age or younger.

Product is represented in its packaging, display, promotion or advertising as appropriate for use by a child 14 years of age or younger.

Product is commonly recognised by consumers as being intended for use by a child 14 years of age or younger.
Our policy for children’s toys
Products that you can’t sell under our policy
Customers have to be confident that they’ll find a selection of safe, reliable and compliant products on Amazon. We don’t allow the listing or sale of non-compliant or prohibited toys.
Examples include, but are not limited to:

DoC ((Declaration of Conformity) issued by the manufacturer, brand owner or importer) that shows that the product complies with the regulations, standards and requirements listed above. The document must have the name, function and signature of the person who takes responsibility.

When you submit images or documentation with images, ensure the following:

Product instructions, manuals, safety information, labels and warnings are in the language of the intended country of sale

If the product is a set or bundle, provide images for each product included
Note: Where possible, provide images of all sides of a product or its packaging to help ensure that the requirements are met and reduce the possibility of delays in the approval process.
