I find selling on here very hard to add a new product, its hard to list for me, is there an easy way , ?is there a company who would list items for a fee? i have a lot of products to sell but im stuck as i cant list can anyone help its Avon cosmetics. ive been approved and im selling some items that are already on site but ive still lots to go up forsale

How do I join the Hazmat program (Dangerous Goods)?

I applied to the hazmat / dangerous goods programme, been a few weeks.

Does anyone have an idea how long the waitlist is, and how to find out where you are on the waitlist?

When I look at the FBA Hazmat Programme (formerly Dangerous Goods) it just shows

“Thank you for your interest in joining the FBA Dangerous Goods (formerly Hazmat Pilot) Programme.”

Has anyone recently applied to be on the programme, and any indications as to how long it took for you to be approved?

Handling time reverting to 1 day automatically

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue where handling time for FBM listings keeps reverting to 1 day even after updating it to 3 days via flat file.

We are not making any manual edits or uploads when this happens.

In Upload Status we can see multiple entries showing “Feeds submitted externally.” These feeds were not uploaded manually through Seller Central.

Seller Support mentioned that SKU-level handling time may be overridden during uploads, but we are trying to identify the source of these external feeds.

Has anyone experienced this before, or knows how to identify which integration/API is submitting these feeds and possibly updating the offer data?

I have a product that is one of my top products all the sudden lose the featured offer. We manufacture this product ourselves and do not distribute it to any wholesalers. Of corse there is replicas but we have been number one on amazon for 10 years with this item. Amazon have resolved this issue but its happened twice in the last 2 weeks resulting in 7 days lost sales overall which is a lot of revenue.

Has anyone got any advice how can stop this. i already have a min and max price on the listing. I have the price cheaper than other sites so a little unsure what to do next.

How to get Product ID exempt for Handmade products

Does anyone know the correct way to upload a new Handmade product now?

I use the bulk upload tool, but new product uploads have stopped working, so I’ve been forced to switch to the new “Product spreadsheet file.” However, every submission fails with the following errors:

13013 – ERROR

Your offer to the SKU cannot be added because the product is not in the catalogue. Check your submission for other errors affecting SKU creation, fix them, and resubmit. If the SKU was previously deleted, try submitting again using the original UPC/GTIN instead of a suggested ASIN. If listing from one marketplace to another, allow time for the SKU to be created before adding offer details.

8560 – ERROR

Your product details are not complete enough to match an existing ASIN or create a new one. Verify your product identifiers (UPC = 12 digits, EAN = 13 digits, ISBN = 10 digits) and ensure all required product data is included. Then search for the ASIN again or create a new one.

I’ve already set the item attribute to handmade and selected “GTIN Exempt” as the product ID type.

I used to be able to upload under the previous Handmade category setup. Since the reclassification, the whole process has been a nightmare — sales have dropped significantly, and now I can’t even add new listings.

This help page suggests it should still work, but I’m clearly missing something:

Hello,

I have a brand selling application that looks like it is stuck. I provided a legitimate invoice back on the 9th february. Amazon rejected my application on the 11th saying

-- The provided documentation cannot be accepted due to potential document alterations identified in our verification process.

I am not 100% sure what this means, I can only assume Amazon's AI thinks I have altered the invoice? I have requested the application be escalated for a manual review, I have submitted additional photos, copies of invoices, website screenshots, asked amazon to call me, requested updates, in total I have sent 8 more replies to the application case log since the 11th february and not a single one has been replied to or my case looked at or updated, it is just stuck there and has been for almost a month.

what do I do to get this application looked at and moving by a HUMAN or anything????

so after attempting to send us on wild goose chases saying we hadn’t sent correct information Amazon have now admitted they los lt our stock. Absolutely vile company. Can’t wait to be done with this let’s see how long they take to reimburse
