Credit Chargeback claim error - Useless Amazon support team
A customer applied for chargeback ($952). After we submitted the complaint, the cliam‘s status is under reviewed. The product was delivered within the delivery date, and the customer also signed for it.
After that I applied for $100 refund to the customer, but the chargeback affected my account ODR.
I think we can afford this $100, but this should not be affected on our accout's performance. For this reason, I opened two cases (15626086301, 15632599771) to illustrate this situation. Unfortunately, after these two cases were transferred to another team, there was no news. As usual, Amazon ignored this matter of mine, which was ridiculous!
Please needsome to help this!!!

Every time Amazon does not want to take responsibility, it will transfers the case to the so-called "another team" and then has no message reply, which is irresponsible behavior

Amazon can do nothing to help you with your chargeback claim; these claims are decided by the buyer's bank that issues their credit card. So the fact that your support cases disappeared into oblivion isn't surprising. Amazon merely acts as the middleman between you and the buyer's bank, relaying the information you provide to the bank.
"the chargeback affected my account ODR"
"this should not be affected on our accout's performance."
The only time Amazon will fund the chargeback and it won't affect your ODR is in the case of any payment-related fraud chargebacks, such as stolen credit cards or other payment fraud attempts.
Was the reason for the chargeback listed? 99% of the time the reason isn't given but once in a while you get lucky.
Did you respond to the claim before the deadline and provide detailed order and tracking information as well as provide a copy of the signature? All you can do in your response is state the facts as you know them, and then it's up to the bank.
"After that I applied for $100 refund to the customer...."
So you refunded your buyer $100 and lost the chargeback claim? Not sure why you would do that.
