URGENT - Hijacker stealling my brand
Hi, our listing has been hijacked, we have a pending trademark and we are brand registry enrolled. We contacted Seller Support too many times but no support received. We are losing a lot of money, having our brand images impacted and our customer experience going down because of the fake product sent by the hijacker.
We ordered from the hijacker and the product is clearly fake.
We have a case with brand registry but they didn't follow up. Case Number: 16463195711.
That's very important as its against Amazon policies and Amazon should protect the brands selling on the platform especially the Brand Registered ones. otherwise what is the interest to be enrolled in brand registry if we have no protection
Please help us. we really need your assistance.

If you are experiencing this issue with a pending trademark, I recommend submitting this through Report Abuse. You will select "Products received are different than the description on the detail page" and provide the order ID for the different product you received. I also suggest only speaking to the fact that the product is different than what the detail page represents and HOW it's different while leaving out mentions of the trademark.
