Helping Customers after 30 Days?
Hi All,
Just stumbled across an issue that is causing a headache at the moment. If a customer has bought an item from Amazon if its more than 30 days the customer has little joy via 'my orders'. The customer sort of comes to a dead end as far as help from amazon is concerned. Now a lot of customers buy items from Amazon not knowing there is a third party selling via Amazon and just think they have bought the item from amazon. In our experience these customers are getting frustrated and leaving bad reviews etc. If for some reason they cant track us down they are stuck. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Obviously we make sure our contact details are with the item just in case but i would imagine most of these get binned after a short period of time.

Could you provide more details? What is the buyer`s inquiry? What kind of review are they leaving? I would need some specific details to understand the situation.
