A-Z Claim - DropShipper?

Other Sellers - I am wondering if others have had A-Z Claims with EXACTLY the same wording, so done by Amazon CS.

OR

Raised by the same Drop Shipper.

I have had 2x A-Z Claims very recently, and they give EXACTLY the same wording on both, it says: Customer comments: Is anything missing? No. Do you want to return the item? I've already returned it. Could you provide more details? I want a refund of the full item price and additional fees, such as, return shipping, customs fee, and restocking fee. Reason Code: REFUND_RELATED.

==

Others had the exact same wording as this?

It also seems very stange to ask for a refund of 'customs fee' and 'restocking fee' - as if this person is abroad.

This last item was new when sold, returned not as new, and a partial refund applied. Was shipped to a UK address, and no phone number given. FBM.

The previous one, not returned as new, Amazon said to refund 50% (which we accepted). A-Z Claim raised less than 2 hours after it arrived back with us. Amazon supposed to allow 48 hours Mon-Fri - but still unfairly counted against us. Buyer also raised as a complaint as Amazon told us to email the Buyer, so they had photos, etc. Buyer email admitted not returned by them, made up faulty to get free postage return. It seemed like a Drop Shipper, as saying about Customs refund, when there wasn't any!

- now as another item with the same A-Z Claim details, very suspicious, so just wanting to make sure not what Amazon CS are now raising for everyone.

@Julia_Amzn - can you check if raised by Amazon CS or the Buyer and if the Buyer, then as 2 with exactly the same wording, then must be a Drop Shipper and causing problems as they do!

A-z Claim granted, what a surprise!

They did not even wait the 72 hours it asked us to respond in with extra details!

Have you checked the buyer's billing address in a downloaded report?

If it's a dropshipper, there will almost certainly be a discrepancy between that and the actual delivery address.

It could also be a legit 'gift' order of course, but that's unlikely given the messages.

It could also be a legit 'gift' order of course, but that's unlikely given the messages.
